The Seeking Self 3-Day Workshop offers a powerful, immersive approach to emotional healing and personal growth. Over the course of a weekend, participants are guided in reconnecting with their authentic selves, releasing old patterns, and stepping into a deeper sense of joy and self-worth.
Held in sunny Palm Beach County, Florida, and led by experienced, licensed clinicians, this program provides a safe and supportive environment for adults ready to overcome obstacles rooted in past experiences. Through compassionate guidance and proven techniques, participants learn how to break free from limiting beliefs and live more fully in the present.

Our Approach
Inspired by Attachment Theory and the belief that “we are wounded in community, so we must heal in community” (Pia Mellody), our work focuses on understanding how early-life experiences shape adult behaviors and self-perception.
Many of us unconsciously adapt to dysfunction in childhood, developing patterns that hide our true selves. These patterns can lead to low self-esteem, unfulfilling relationships, and cycles of self-doubt. Our clinicians don’t look to the past for blame, but for insight — providing a clear path toward healing and self-acceptance.
We use a combination of experiential group work, psychodrama, mindfulness training, and guided meditation. These methods help participants:
-
Gain awareness through hands-on activities
-
Heal past pain and release harmful adaptations
-
Learn tools to remain present and reduce distractions in daily life
